I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science at the University of Texas at Austin and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition Science with a Dietetic Internship at Texas Woman’s University in Houston. I chose to join Houston Family Nutrition because of their dedication to evidence-based, client-centered care and their focus on understanding patients’ nutritional lives on a more personal level—an approach I believe is essential in making nutrition both meaningful and practical.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, weightlifting, and spending time with my two cats. Recently, cooking and experimenting with flavorful recipes—especially for meal prep—has become a newfound passion of mine, as I love finding ways to make nutritious eating both convenient and enjoyable.
