Improving Health & Wellbeing Through Managing Finances – An Interview with Brett Harmeling
When we think of health, it’s easy to think of our physical bodies. Eating right, exercising, and getting proper medical care are all aspects of health. But mental health & wellbeing is another important aspect. Stress can lead to numerous health issues, and it’s as important to take care of our mind as it is our bodies.
A 2018 study found that money was the number 1 stressor among Americans, according to 44% of respondents. With that in mind, we sat down to talk with Brett Harmeling, a financial strategist who specializes in helping clients achieve the peace of mind that comes from knowing your finances are well cared for.
